The Unbelievable Frazier Squad Blog
Last week of March! It’s the week of 3-26-19 and it's going to be a great week. On Monday we had a great time learning the end of our dance with Annie. We also practiced a little bit of our southern states and capitals. We had 34 states and capitals to learn, the teachers thought it was overwhelming to learn that many in a week, so they spread it out over the next two weeks to make it a little easier. We have the test right before spring breaks! Tuesday we had another dance class with Annie because we missed a class last week. The Frazier Squad already learned the Greatest Showman dance and now we are learning a dance to a song that’s based off of a long time ago. The Frazier Squad also had a great time in P.E. We got to play capture the flag against Mr. Spahts class. It was lots of fun, we finally got to play outside. It’s been raining the pass couple of weeks, so we get to go in the gym and have P.E. in there. Wednesdays here. The Frazier Squad got to play in their classroom because it was raining. Harvey made the most out of the rainy day by giving us a blast from the past. The game we played was Heads Up Seven Up, and password. Password is a game when two people sit in chairs with their backs against the whiteboard. Someone writes a word on the whiteboard and people have to give them a one word hint. It was a lot of fun to play those games. Thursday was a lot of fun too. We joined music with Mr. Spaht’s class and learned a great song called “Waving Flag.” Today was also the Young Authors Fair!! Anyone who wrote a story was allowed to come to the Fair and listen to Mac Barnett talk about his latest book. He also shared a story that no one has ever seen before and he’s still working on it. A few things you got to do at the Fair was make a notepad and pound a bunch of letters in to the saddle type material cover with a wooden mallet. You could write anythings you wanted on the cover. A special thanks to KIDDO for making the Young Authors Fair posible!!!
